At MKAC, there is no ‘‘wrong door policy’’.

We welcome you, a kidney patient, or a caregiver who is in dire need of assistance.

We understand the importance of having access to proper help and knowledgeable guidance and support and we are committed to guide and assist in the best way possible. That’s why we warmly welcome you with an opportunity to connect one-on-one with our dedicated Staff.

How It Works:

Booking a session with an MKAC Staff is simple.
Fill up the booking form and provide the information required:

  1. Choose Your Date: Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 9:30AM – 5:30PM, and Saturday from 9:30am – 1:00PM. State your preferred date and time that you are comfortable to swing by.

Provide Your Details: Fill out a brief form with your name, contact information, and share with us a brief description of yourself and the assistance that you need. This will allow our Staff to be better prepared to assist you.
3. Confirmation: Once you have submitted the form, our Staff will call you from the contact number you have provided or email you.
4. Attend Your Session: MKAC Headquarters are located at 122 Telok Kurau Road Singapore 423806, attend the session after the date and time has been allocated to you by our Staff.

What to Bring:

1) Identification Card
2) Dialysis Centre Letter (Private dialysis or NKF)

FOR URGENT ASSISTANCE OR SPECIAL CASES ASSISTANCE

You are encouraged to call us at our office mobile 6440 7390 or Whatsapp us at 9179 3625 for any urgent assistance. Special case assistance includes patients who are immobile and are unable to head to MKAC Headquarters, MKAC Staff or MKAC Befriender will pay you a visit at your home.
